Ah, we have a love hate relationship with this question. On average, most builds take 2-3 months. In most cases, getting content together is the longest step, but we’ve put together a great process to speed this up.
Yes, however we do provide guidance and resources to make to enable you to get us effective content.

Miles can be redeemed for a variety of services such as SEO strategy, landing pages, or even photography if you are local. Not at this time. Each service only costs 1 mile but we do plan on introducing higher end services that cost more, at which point we will introduce roll-over miles.
Not at all. You can cancel at any time just send us an email and we will get you migrated to your own server. However, if you do cancel, your miles will vanish into thin air. Poof.
We will come to you and take some quick photos of your product or service. We deliver 15 edited photos that work great for social media or your website. The photo shoot is limited to 1 hour, so we will send you a brief document that outlines what to expect and how to prepare.
